WARRANTY POLICY
Please get answers for your questions before
you buy. We want you to know what you're buying, and would rather exchange
several emails or phone calls than for you to be disappointed. Please
check the warranty policy before you purchase. If you it still couldn’t
answer your question(s), again, you are welcome to contact us. We will
be happy to answer and come up a solution together with you.

Notes: If a particular product has a different warranty listed on product
page, the above warranty terms are effective!
Customer is
responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense. Merchandise
must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not
eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged
in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards,
manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.
Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 30 days
of the purchase date.
Preparing your product for return shipment:
• Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original
packaging, include the original contents of the box; warranty cards, manuals,
accessories, promotional items, etc.
• Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us by
email.
• Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping
label (on the outside of the box).
• For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via DHL,
Fedex, UPS, or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend
that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or
loss during return shipping.
• Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted
At the discretion of RabbitScooters.com, returns which
do not follow the above guidelines may be refused and require the customer
to pay return shipping and handling fees, or an additional processing
fee may apply. Items returned without an R.M.A# may be recycled without
customer recourse and may not be credited for refund or exchange.
Once merchandise has been accepted for refund, credit will be applied
to the account through which payment was originally made within 3 - 5
weeks of receipt. The amount of the refund is affected by the following
store policies;
* Shipping charges under no circumstance is refundable.
* The free shipping promotion does not apply when
calculating refunds.
* A 15% restocking fee is charged
on returns.
* A 20% restocking fee applies to
the return of all free shipping items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.

for shipping an order to a customer is non-refundable. The free shipping

all items with free shipping promotion.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
We pride ourselves on carrying top quality merchandise, but even under the
best of circumstances products may arrive with shipping damage or defect.
We stand by our products and have policies in place to make sure you're
covered if this occurs. Our shipping damage and product defect policy is
as follows;
Shipping Damage -
LTL Trucking
Most scooters are shipped on a pallet via LTL
carrier. We inspect for damage and missing parts prior to shipping. If
your scooter is damaged during shipping, or there are missing parts, you
must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please inspect your order upon
receipt, before you sign the Bill Of Lading (BOL). All shipping damage
must be reported to the freight driver upon inspection and recorded on
BOL. We will arrange for exchange of the parts or replacement of the parts.
We may ask you for pictures and to return the broken parts prior sending
replacement parts. We reserve the right to charge you for all replacement
parts and shipping freight before the claim is concluded.
Shipping Damage -
DHL / UPS / FEDEX / USPS If you receive merchandise with shipping damage
or product defect you must contact our Shipping Damage & Product Defect
Claims Department within 7 days of delivery. After this 7 day period has
expired all products purchased are subject to the terms of the manufacturer's
warranty and no longer eligible for damage and/or defect claims or assistance
resolving these claims under the policies listed herein. Email to support@rabbitscooters.com
subjected "Shipping Damage & Product Defect Claims”. Please
reference your invoice number, name, address, phone number and tracking
information in your email. Within 24 - 48 business hours of emailing us.
We will contact you by email to notify you the receipt of your claim and
further instructions.
When contacting our Shipping Damage & Product
Defect department, a technical support representative will trouble shoot
the problem with you by phone or email.
If the problem is determined to be based on a manufacturer's defect or
damage resulting from the initial shipment, not caused by abuse, neglect
or failure to follow instructions, technical support is provided in an
attempt to resolve the problem. If necessary, replacement parts are shipped
without charge. The customer will receive technical phone support to install
replacement parts, but it is the responsible of the customer to physically
install these replacement parts.
Refused Shipment Policy
If you refuse your shipment, upon reception
of the refused merchandise, we will issue a credit for the purchase price
less the shipping and handling cost. The minimum shipping and handling
cost is $50 even on scooters that are sold with free shipping. We may
apply a 15% restocking fee on refused orders.
Please note that if you refuse your shipment because it looks and/or is
damaged, it will still be considered as a refused order. For shipping
damage, please see below.
If your merchandise remains in new and unused condition
and you would prefer to return it for refund or exchange, you may do so
according to the terms of our refund and exchange policies.

TANK
LIMITED WARRANTY
Distributor Name: GALATA MOTOR SPORTS (GMS)
ATTENTION ALL DEALERS & CONSUMERS:
Please fill out and mail the Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation
& Inspection Form (PDI) (email us and we will email you the form) along
with your original dated receipt to register your product for warranty.
If your product is not registered it will not be covered by our warranty
under any circumstances. Please be sure to fill out this form "completely"
and to include your original "Dated" receipt when you mail the
form to GMS. Once you complete the form please mail the form to:

Series. Email us to ask the warranty certificate from Tank (only for customers).
All warranty must be handled through the dealer where you purchased your
products. If you can not reach your dealer you will need to furnish a
copy of your original invoice which must show our model number and VIN
number on the invoice before we can warranty your product directly.
PARTS ONLY FOR ALL PRODUCTS - THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS ONLY:
Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e.
Rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main bearings, the connecting rods,
and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms,
valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters,
and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), engine block and cylinder
barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical
failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified
above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling
fans.
Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of
all types (distributor, alternator and all sensors and electrical control
devices), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts linkage and fluids
are not covered by this agreement.
TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer
case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result
of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components
contained within the transfer case.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components,
linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts or fluids are not covered by this Agreement.
DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive
axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as
a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated
components contained the drive axle housing.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, all brake
system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints,
electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered
by this Agreement.
TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained
within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged
solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal
lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete
hydraulic system must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil
cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, modulators, governors,
electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not
covered by this agreement.
COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS:
You must have a professional mechanic (any small engine repair
shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an authorized TANK
& GMS Dealer assemble your new motorized vehicle and do the prep work
to assure your vehicle is in good working condition. You will need to
provide proof of this when filing a warranty claim, so keep your receipts.
Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, TANK & GMS agrees
(at its sole discretion and election) to replace a covered component if
the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal
lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the
date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions
and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.
The following items are not covered under any circumstance:
Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs,
seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch
wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from
rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external
springs, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, frame.
Initial Preparation and delivery issues (DEALER ONLY): Items
not covered by the warranty above may be covered under the initial set
up of the vehicle if reported to TANK & GMS by the dealer.

THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY
OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE:
• THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC (SMALL ENGINE
REPAIR SHOP, MOTORCYCLE SHOP, OR AUTO REPAIR SHOP) OR AN AUTHORIZED TANK
& GMS DEALER TO ASSEMBLE AND PREP THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO OPERATION.
Proof of this is required for warranty claims.
• THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT.
• THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN
REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER
SERVICE DOCUMENTS.
• THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING.
• PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR.
• THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY.
• THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS.
TOWING CHARGES: All towing and/or shipping charges incurred are the responsibility
of the customer.
REPAIRED COMPONENTS: If the components are repaired under the terms of
this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts
of like kind and quality.
LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS:
TANK & GMS does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any
circumstances.
S&H Charges and WHO pays:
IN WARRANTY: If your product is still under warranty you may return any
part for exchange, at your expense, to our El Monte California Distribution
center. We will pay return shipping to you unless it is determined your
part was abused or damaged other than manufacturers defect. Your dealer
may handle the parts exhange for you at no expense to you however the
option to do so is that of the dealers and we have no control of a dealers
in house parts exhange policies.
Out of warranty: Customer is to pay for parts, S&H both ways and all
labor charges.
In all cases you must send us the part that needs to be replaced. Failure
to do so may result in your getting the wrong part. We are not responsible
for wrong parts sent if we do not have your part to exchange and verify
correct part numbers.
SHIPPING POLICY: The following is our shipping
policy in general. See above for specifics of in/out of warranty shipping.
• All shipping related fees must be prepaid in full. Unless the
customer is using Freight collect or has arranged his/her own freight.
• TANK & GMS can not guarantee delivery schedule.
• TANK & GMS are not responsible for shipping delays.
• TANK & GMS are not responsible for damages occurred during
shipping.
• TANK & GMS are not responsible for any extra cost incurred
by the customer after the part has been shipped.
• TANK & GMS are not responsible for return shipping costs and
these costs must be included with the initial part order if not in warranty.
If shipping funds are not included the part will not be shipped.
• TANK & GMS are not responsible for any cancellation incurred
cost. All incurred costs due to cancellation must be paid in full and
is not refundable. (Example: If product or part has left the warehouse
and the order is cancelled the shipping company will charge freight, whenever
the product leaves our warehouse.)
Why do you need my part? We may need your part for several reasons.
• We need to verify your replacement part is the correct one to
send to you.
• We require the part back so we may monitor defective parts and
notify the correct manufacturer or potential future problems or recalls.
• We need to verify that your part is in fact defective. Many times
we receive parts that are not defective at all.
• Items under warranty must send parts back to get free exchanges.
LIMITED WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY:
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS:
THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER
THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. TANK & GMS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT
AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING
FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME
TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.
NO OTHER AGREEMENT: there are any other agreements between the parties
with regards to the components purchased except as stated in this agreement
& limited warranty.
REPLACEMENT PART: TANK & GMS reserve the right to inspect the defective
part before replacing it. In some cases TANK & GMS will require customer
to send in the defective part for inspection before exchange can be made.
The inspection process might take from 2-4 business days after its arrival
to the designated inspection office. TANK & GMS will decide if the
part in question is defective or otherwise. TANK & GMS do not reimburse
shipping fee.
It is the responsibility of the buyer, dealer and distributor and/or end
user, and not TANK & GMS, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local,
state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and
use, of any item purchased from TANK & GMS. All equipment is sold
subject to public law and any local, state or federal ordinances or international
law. Dealers and end users must consult their local, state & country
laws before ordering or purchasing products made or distributed by TANK
& GMS. Dealer/Distributor agrees that absolutely no sales of any of
our motorized products will be to minors. By placing an order, the buyer
represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and
that he/she is of legal age. TANK & GMS will not be held liable for
the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors
& dealers.
Purchaser hereby certifies that He/She is over 18 years of age. Purchaser
has carefully read the foregoing and acknowledges that purchaser understands
and agrees to all of the above terms and conditions. Purchaser has had
the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement
and the effect of the same. Purchaser is aware that by ordering and sending
payments for any item(s), purchaser assumes all risks and waives and releases
certain substantial rights that purchaser may have or posses. Purchaser
there for releases all liability and waives any and all rights purchaser
may have in regards to purchases made of product directly or indirectly
from TANK & GMS.
This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal
representatives and assigns.
